Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information Parouxis Consultants Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We have kept it deliberately short, because we collect very little.
Who we are
Parouxis Consultants Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at parouxis@cytanet.com.cy or +357 99586077. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into the contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
We do not collect anything else. This website has no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. We do not build profiles and we cannot identify you unless you contact us first.
Why we use it
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet and emailed to our own addresses. Google acts as our processor and does not use the content for its own purposes. Access is limited to the people at our company who need to answer you.
This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens and Google receives your IP address as part of it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful — while we are in contact with you, and afterwards for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email us and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
Changes
If we start collecting anything more than we do today, we will update this page before we do.
